On December 13, the freshman boys basketball team played against Valley Vista High School and lost 57-44.  The game has took place at Valley Vista High School and had a lot of spirit. The team played very well.

After the game, I have asked Freshman Coach Hamilton, a few questions.

How do you feel about the loss?

“I thought the kids played hard, but we were just lacking today”

Did you like your team’s effort?

“Yes, their effort was really good, I couldn’t have asked for anything more.”

What did you like about your team’s effort?

“I like that they played competitive, even though we were losing.”

How do you think your team is developing?

“Getting better and better everyday, but there is still a long way to go.”

Describe the season in one word so far?

“Challenging.”

Since then, the team has played  Willow Canyon (46-33)  and Westview (58-52) and we have won both games.
