September was Childhood Awareness Month and FCCLA decided to run a chemo care donation drive throughout the whole month.

In total 1,977 individual donations were made and 137 chemo kits completed.

By doing this FCCLA spread awareness throughout the entire school, they encouraged many students to bring in different items from a specific list that was handed out to each class. FCCLA members than collected all items from all the class rooms and started to make the care kits to give away. Wednesday October 7th 2015 after school FCCLA officers and members went to drop of all items at Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
