December 9, 2015
One Direction and Justin Bieber have always been the biggest teen sensations in the music industry. That’s why November 13th was a such a huge day in the charts since Kanye Wests and 50 Cents album war in 2007. Many other artists released that day like Alessia Cara and Hailee Steinfeld, but twitter was filled with Bieber and One Direction fan wars talking about which album deserves the No.1 spot.
Made in the A.M. has all you would want from an album. It is not the same sound you would hear from the five boys. This album has all genres and sounds that anyone can get into, pop, rock, folk, country etc . The variety of songs with completely different beats and lyrics somehow go together to bring a beautiful album to let their fans how they can still manage without one member and are not going anywhere after their break.
Justins Purpose sold 649,000 copies, while Made in the A.M sold 489,000 copies making Justins Purpose his 6th No.1 album. While Justin was begging on snapchat for the No.1 spot in the UK One Direction got the No.1 in their home country. One direction fans were devastated to hear how this was their first album that didnt get a No. 1. Justin took off with more promo and with his constant petty Snapchats it was sure for him to take it.
