Miss Arleth Colmenares is a new staff member of Sierra Linda High School who works in the School Admissions department in the office.

Her position as the Student Information System Manager for SLHS involves entering and updating student information into our school system.Miss Colmenares started working at Sierra Linda on the 21st of December 2015.

She was kind enough to take the time to answer a few questions.

Prior to working here, what did you do?

“I worked for MCSO, the Sheriff’s Office at Downtown Phoenix. I worked for the Records ID and Warrants Department as a Records Specialist.”

What do you enjoy about our school so far?

“I enjoy working with great professional staff, being around students and being able to carpool with my daughter every day!”

What is your favorite quote?

“One of my favorite quotes is ‘Never give up’.”

The song that best describes you?

“I can’t think of a song that describes me, but I do enjoy listening to music.”

The last gift you’ve received?

“The last gift I received was today, a really nice Welcome gift from SLHS.”

Last time you couldn’t stop laughing?

“Yesterday!”

Last time you were irrationally scared?

“I do not get scared easily but the thought of my family being in danger gets me really scared.”

“This morning in my car on my way to work.”
