Climate change is to blame because increasing temperatures. The more heat there is the faster water evaporates. A lot of evaporated water gives more rainfall. 7 percent of rain fallen caused from global warming. Another climate problem is the sea level rising. A high pressure of wind can cause water to hit the coast. Many costal flood were detected in Houston. Climate change is real and making natural causes worse.
