SPOILER WARNING!!! ONE PIECE EPISODE 807 IS GOING TO BE THE DISCUSSION!!! One Piece is in one of its heartfelt moments. For a brief update of what One Piece is about, go to my last post as a reference (Insert website link). Two friends that experienced many journeys together, have to clash against each other. In this hour long special, in other words, double episode release, tears will be shed. Brief update of what exactly is going on currently, Monkey D. Luffy and Nami made it to the country of Big Mom, one of four Yonkos (Emperors in Japanese) of the sea, in rescue of Vinsmoke Sanji. Sanji, prior, was kidnapped by Big Mom’s crew and Sanji’s family, leaders of an infamous army with advanced technology called the Germa 66. The reason being that he is forced to marry one of Big Mom’s daughters so that both the Germa 66 and Big Mom’s crew can inherit each others wealth and power.

Episode 807 starts off with Sanji in a carriage with his three brothers: Vinsmoke Yonji, Vinsmoke Ichiji and Vinsmoke Niji; one sister: Vinsmoke Reiju; and his father: Vinsmoke Judge. They’re on their way to Sanji’s wedding. Sanji, through the entirety of this episode, recalls his past. Sanji abandoned his family at very young age because he was treated completely poorly by his own family members. Sanji ends up coming across his soon to be mentor in the middle of a battle at sea. Sanji got into a little bit of trouble and the captain of the opposing pirates, Zeff, saved Sanji but in the long run, had to abandon his pirate life. Zeff and Sanji, then on, worked together to be chefs of their own sea restaurant. Many years later, Luffy meets Sanji and takes him along to be the cook of his crew and come along on his journey to become king of the pirates. The episode ends with Luffy meeting up with Sanji in a face off for each other’s desire.
