In this generation, basketball and skate culture have been thriving with brands like Vans and Jordan on the rise. Recently Thrasher has been starting to get some hype, in 2017, boys and girls bought Thrasher hoodies and shirts just because it was a trendy brand at the time, not for the sole purpose that it was a skate brand or that the customers skated. This is very similar to the Jordan brand because people wear Jordan like a sneaker because of its big brand name and not because it is a basketball brand and the same with the brand Vans which has also been very trending recently. This will continue to happen and these brands “big” names wont die out.
