1.When and where were you born?

-” I was born in Phoenix, at the Phoenix Baptist Hospital.”

2. Do you have any siblings? If so, how many?

-” I do not have any siblings, as I’m the only child.”

3.What was you favorite sport growing up?

-“My favorite sport growing up was volleyball and I got that from my dad.”

4.What kind of person do you want to be?

-” I want to be someone who people see as kind, hardworking and humble.”

5.Who has been a strong influence in your life?

-” My mom has been a strong influence in my life as she has taught me how to deal with many things that came my way, which I still use now.”

6.What famous quote can describe you?

-” Believe you can and you’re halfway there. By Theodore Roosevelt.”

7.Which three adjectives can describe you as a person?

-” Weird, annoying and anxious.”

8.Who influenced your personal development?

-” I think everyone around me has influenced me and how I would deal with things in the future, whether that be friends or mean people. It became representation of how to improve in life or how to react to certain situations.”

9.What is your worst and best childhood memory?

-”  Was being surprised with my first road trip, which was to California. I cried because I’ve never been out of state and i didn’t really know there was more than what I knew. “

10.What is your family’s ethnic background?

-” I’m Hispanic.”

11.What are your main achievements in life ?

-” I think my main achievements in life are getting into both NJHS and NHS, wining something at HOSA state competition, and getting into ACE. Also I’m very proud that I’ve grown as a person from the low points I have hit in my life.”

12.What’s a weakness you would like to get rid of?

-” I would like to stop caring about what people say about me and I wish was more confident with myself.”

13.What are your goals for the future?

-” I hope to find happiness and self-love, as well as finish my education and get a job i actually love.”

14.What places would you like to visit?

-” I would love to take my mom to Paris, I would like to travel around the country, go to places with amazing scenery, maybe Japan. I want to travel to as many places as I can.”

15.What skills would you like to develop?

-” I would like to be more productive but I know that I probably won’t.”

16.What was the most memorable day in your life?

-” One of the most memorable days in my life was at a sleepover with my friends where we had a campfire and sparklers, we would lay on the roof and look at the stars and watch a movie and I couldn’t believe that I had found true friends who had accepted me and would defend me and listen to me.”

17.What are the most important values in life, in your opinion?

-” The most important values to me are responsibility, friendship, respect, happiness, kindness and peace.”

18.What  are somethings you are proud of?

-” I’m proud of where I’m at right now and how I’m still determined to continue and do better.”

19.What is something big that happened to you?

-” There are many big things that have happened to me that I feel like I can talk about yet but my first day of high school changed some of my thoughts about my future because before I did not want to go to high school and I didn’t want to deal with people who had made me feel less than.”

20.What was the most important lesson you have learned in your life?

-” Not everyone is going to like you and that’s okay because you don’t have to please everyone. Please yourself first and be at peace with yourself.”
