The movie “Crazy Rich Asians” was released on August 15, 2018. It was directed by Jon M. Chu. It is based on the novel, “Crazy Rich Asians”.  The movie is about about a young woman who accompanies her boyfriend to his best friend’s wedding in Singapore. She was surprised to learn that her boyfriends family was extremely wealthy and he is one of the country’s most eligible bachelors. She must deal with all of the jealous socialites, relatives, and  his mother who disapproves of her. The movie was very funny, had great plot twists, and was very entertaining. The movie also rated 93% on Rotten Tomatoes. I highly recommend this movie if you have not seen it yet!
