Holiday Season Kicked Off

On December 9, 2016, SLHS hosted the Winter Fest at Sierra Linda High School from 6pm-9:30pm.

The event showcased a performance done by SLHS’s band, orchestra, and choir program. As well as multiple booths done by Mecha, FCCLA, HOSA, and STUGO.

Exhibiting multiple pieces of student art work up for display. Vendors, such as Nathans, were serving hot dogs and hamburgers. Many people came to enjoy the Annual Winter Fest, as it was packed with an abundance of family and friends.

The event helped ignite the holiday spirit in everyone as they enjoyed spending time listening to music, and hanging out with friends and family. “The school spirit was great! As well as the showcase everyone preformed in, it was wonderful!” said SLHS student Amber Linares.
