On November 20, President Obama held a much anticipated press conference to announce about the immigration reform plan and how he is willing to work without Congress to address the situation with the use of an executive order.

The President’s plan creates a smart immigration system that continues to protect the borders and cuts down on undocumented employers. It’s a plan that expects anyone who’s undocumented to get right with law by paying their taxes, learning English, getting background checks and a penalty before they can be able to earn citizenship.

In his speech he said, “There are actions I have the legal authority to take as President, the same kind of actions Democratic and Republican president’s before me that will help make our immigration system fair and more just.”

This act and statement drove the Republicans mad; they claim that his actions are an unconstitutional act.

Obama isn’t kidding around with immigration; he threatened to reject the decision that would block his immigration executive orders.
